Just like to say what a wonderful time we had in chalet Jacqueline, La Tania. Snow could have been better but the fantastic hosts made up for it. We had some of the best food we have ever eaten in a chalet. Lyn and Nigel do a fantastic job not only the food but friendliness and even good entertainment. Well over and above their normal duties. They hosted as if it was their own friends having a dinner party. Well done to them both and your friendly staff at the office for making our holiday run so smoothly and enjoyable.

I just wanted to write a quick message to let you know how blown away I was by the efforts Nick made to accommodate my dietary requirement during my holiday.
Nick really went out of his way to make sure I had some well thought out, exciting and delicious vegan food for each and every meal. I never felt left out or that the dishes were an afterthought or leftover veggies from the ‘main’ meal for the others – every dish that he made was special and really, really delicious and a treat to eat.
All of the chalet staff were brilliant but I really felt that it was important that you know just how brilliant Nick is and how his extra special care with my food really made my holiday. I would have been satisfied with any old dish to be honest as cooking for a vegan can be very hard, but the care that Nick took made is possible for me to look forward to dinner every night along with the rest of my group and not to feel like I was missing out.
