Over many years the Biol has proved to be one of, if not the, most poplular home in our programme. And litle wonder given its position at Courchevel 1650, with a drag lift outside the back door to make it a highly convenient skiers' winter home. Surrounded by gentle slopes that link top and bottom with the Courchevel 1850 system and onward to the whole vast 3 valleys complex, skiers of all abilities can get the best from their holiday if living in Chalet Le Biol. Timid beginners can use the blue and green slopes just above the chalet to learn their trade while hot doggers have access to the steep and deep within minutes. Some great and gentle off piste areas are abundant in the area above the Biol which adds a dimension not normally enjoyed by most chalets. If travelling from the Biol to the far end of the Three Valleys and the Gime de Carron in Val Thorens, do leave in plenty of time for the return journey remembering that lifts close around 4.30pm.
A large comfortable lounge/diner with open log fire and views over the piste. Ski school, shops, bars and restaurants can be found at either 1650 or 1850.
Local bus runs until approx 7pm. This chalet is ideal for the keen skier who prefer their own après skiing.
