It comprises 5 ski resorts - Courchevel, Meribel, Les Menuires, Val Thorens and La Tania. It boasts 600km of marked runs, 200 direct ski lifts, over 1230 snow canons and a tremendous variety of skiing for all abilities. There is a fun park with half pipe and plenty of jumps for boarders. The north facing slopes retain great snow coverage and are impeccably groomed. The ski resort of Courchevel 1850 has an impressive lift system accessing both sides of the valley from the hub, La Croisette, and is home to the world's largest cable car, taking skiers up to Saulire at 2,738m. Courchevel 1850 is a great place for beginners, being home to 7 of the resort's 12 free lifts, and having plenty of wide greens and easy blues in the Altiport section.

The Things They Say About Silver Ski in Courchevel...

Over the Christmas period my wife and I enjoyed the hospitality of Chalet Elaine in Courchevel 1800 with hosts Jacky, Nicky, Indie and Reuben. Without a doubt it was one of the best holidays we have enjoyed in the last 15 years. I appreciate we had plenty of snow and mixed weather, but the icing on the cake was quality of hosting by the four superb staff. From the first meet at the...Read More
Just a quick message to say how much we enjoyed Courchevel and the convenience of Chalet Sonjon I to the lifts.  Jack, the chalet host, was superb and he was very helpful.  Everything went according to plan and I would consider taking the family with Silver Ski again.  Symon  6th January 2013.
We returned on Monday, exhausted and happy from our 'all weathers' ski holiday with you.  We had a great time food was 'the best' and Ruben was a star keeping our boys entertained.  Derek, Sarah, Stephen and David, 6th January 2013
Stayed in Chalet Elaine Courchevel - as usual Silver Ski were outstanding in all ways. I have travelled many times with Silverski and they are always by far the best.  From Mike Eyre, 27 December 2011
Just returned from an excellent week at Chalet Elaine in Courcheval. I've been on several chalet holidays, but this was my first with Silver Ski. This was probably the best, mostly down to the superb staff at the chalet, they should be congratulated for a great job done. Martin Lawrence (19th December 2011)
We have just returned from a great week (xmas 10) in Sonjon 2. Nick was a fab host, coping easily with the most complex needs -vegetarian, food allergies-all with a big smile (despite crutches), thanks ! Charles, Laura, Soph and Adi xx
We had a great holiday in SonJon II with Nick Long looking after us. He created a fun and friendly atmosphere which meant we could all relax. His cooking was great and he was very patient with our dietary requirements. Many thanks, Nick.

Just back from a lovely week in Sonjon II and wanted to give a special mention to our chalet host, Nick - his excellent cooking skills (especially his fruit crumble and banoffee pie) and positive, easy-going nature really made our trip. Many thanks for a fantastic time!
Thanks to Nick for a fabulous week at the Chalet Sonjon II in Le Praz. We drove and arrived before the flying guests but Nick immediately made us welcome and the chalet soon felt like home. The food was delicious and although the other party were part of a larger group occupying Sonjon I we were never made to feel the 'outsiders' partly due to the fun atmosphere Nick created. We couldn't have...Read More
